How do I check my gift card balance?

To check your gift card balance you must first be logged into your Fast Times account. 

If you do not have an account, you'll be prompted to create one by clicking on the human icon 👤 between the search and cart icons.

Click on the human icon 👤 again and then select Dashboard from the drop down box. Once the Dashboard loads you'll be able to click Check Gift Card Balance in the very left-hand column.

Type in your gift card code and click CHECK; your card balance will show.

If your card is not showing any balance and you think it should, please email the team (info@fasttimes.com.au) with your gift card code so they can investigate.
