Currently our website is <ins>unable</ins> to process gift card codes that <ins>only contain either numbers</ins><ins> </ins><ins>or letters</ins>.&nbsp;&nbsp;
If your code is <ins>not alpha-numeric</ins> (a mix of letters and numbers), please get in touch with the team at info@fasttimes.com.au. You'll need to provide images of the card/s and their code/s; which will then be redeemed to create a new code that can be used on the website.
Please note that numeric/aplha only codes <ins>can</ins> be redeemed in store.
If your gift card code does not meet the criteria above and is still showing an invalid, it's possible that there are no funds left on the card.&nbsp;
Your balance can be checked by logging into your Fast Times account, clicking on the human silhouette icon (next to the shopping cart), selecting Dashboard and then Check Gift Card Balance.&nbsp;
Alternatively your balance can be checked by our team, either in store or online.
